Since 1881 James J Fox has always been committed to delivering exceptional products to our customers. In our many years of experience, we have unrivalled insight into what our clientele wants from a cigar, pipe or indeed, an accessory.

We have decided to utilise this insight to curate a range of accessories that we guarantee meet the highest standards of reliability and usability.

In collaboration with best-in-class manufacturers spanning a diverse array of accessory categories, our hallmark will indicate which products we believe meet these most stringent of standards.

With that, we proudly introduce the “Monogram” range – a guarantee of quality that will only adorn products that we recommend, for their reliability, consistency and elegance. Emphasising a commitment to excellence, these products may not always be the most expensive in class, but ones that embody the optimal return on your investment.

The symbol draws inspiration from the Cross of Saint James whilst also incorporating the JJF initials as well as featuring four Fox heads. This design reflects our dedication to our heritage, great craftsmanship, with a timeless aesthetic.

James J Fox invites enthusiasts to explore the current "Monogram" range, and to keep an eye out for new lines being added in the future.

S.T. Dupont were founded in 1872, when Simon Tissot Dupont, aged just 25, opened his first leatherwork shop in Paris.

Dupont began to make a name for himself after his luxurious personalised travel trunks became a must-have accessory among the European aristocracy. By 1884 the company was well-established for its exceptional quality and high-class status and became a supplier to one of the world’s largest department stores, Les Grands Magasins du Louvre.

S.T. Dupont started using lacquer in 1935 when Georges Novossitzeff (nicknamed ‘Novos’) joined the S.T. Dupont team of experts and brought talents with lacquer with him. A highly coveted metal lacquering technique was developed, the secret to which S.T. Dupont guards closely even now.

In 1941 S.T. Dupont's first luxury lighter melds timeless elegance with unparalleled craftsmanship, embodying the brand's ethos of excellence.

Twenty years later S.T. Dupont created a second generation lighter, christened Ligne 2. Made in collaboration with jeweller Jean Dinh Van, the new wider and flatter Dupont was an ode to simplicity and elegance. Ligne 2 lighters are milled from solid pieces of brass, giving them their satisfying intrinsic weight.

In 2020 S.T. Dupont launched a new innovative designed Cigar Cutter & Stand. High quality twin blades make a clean cut on a valued puro and then the cutter can be transformed into a handy cigar rest. A true combination of elegance and ingenuity and soon became our most sought-after cutter.

James J Fox have enjoyed wonderful success as purveyors of S.T. Dupont products for many decades and as a result S.T. Dupont have become one of our most valued business partners.

James J Fox and S.T. Dupont both have a rich history of tradition and success in the cigar world.

As the James J Fox “Monogram” is our endorsement of quality, the natural choice for the first product in our “Monogram” range is a pairing of a S.T. Dupont Ligne 2 lighter and a Cigar Cutter & Stand

Both items in the set will be finished with black lacquer panels with the “Monogram” logo, and gold featuring diamond point and microdiamond tip decoration.

The sets will be limited edition, numbered one to fifty and presented in a S.T. Dupont large, lacquered gift box.
